Funding from abroad
If you live outside Iran, money reaches your account and leaves it the same way it does for everyone: USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). Money Harbor has no card, no bank transfer and no payment gateway; the bridge between your local currency and your account is a crypto exchange in your own country.
What you need
- An account at an exchange or wallet that supports USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). Most large international exchanges — Binance, OKX, Bybit and KuCoin, for example — do. Money Harbor has no partnership with any of them, and each has its own rules about who may use it in which country.
- Full identity verification at Money Harbor, if you want to withdraw later. Best done before your first deposit. Residents abroad send a passport or residence permit and a proof of residence instead of an Iranian national card — see the FAQ.
Funding your account
- On your exchange, buy USDT with your local currency (euros, dollars, lira…).
- At Money Harbor, open Deposit and copy your account's dedicated address. It stays yours.
- On the exchange, choose Withdraw USDT, pick the TRC20 or Tron (TRX) network, paste the address and enter the amount. The exchange deducts its own withdrawal fee.
- After 20 network confirmations — usually a few minutes — it is in your balance. Deposits into Money Harbor are free.
Send a small amount the first time, and the rest once it arrives.
Cashing out to your local currency
- On your exchange, choose Deposit USDT, pick TRC20, and copy the exchange's deposit address.
- At Money Harbor, open Withdraw and enter that address and the amount. The withdrawal fee is at most 2.70 USDT, and you see the exact figure before you confirm — see Fees.
- USDT withdrawals are usually automatic and take a few minutes; some are set aside for review and take some hours.
- Once the USDT reaches the exchange, sell it for your local currency and withdraw to your own bank account.
Receiving money from family or others
- From another Money Harbor customer: to your Harbor ID, instantly and free.
- From someone without a Money Harbor account: create a payment link under "Account" and send it to them. The link has its own Tron address; they pay USDT or TRX from any exchange or wallet with no account, and you are told when it arrives. Your main deposit address stays private.
Three safety points
- Always the Tron network (TRC-20). USDT sent on another network, such as ERC-20 or BEP-20, does not reach your balance.
- Take the address only from your own Deposit page. Money Harbor will never ask you — in chat, email or on the phone — to send money to any other address.
- Your own country's law and tax. Money Harbor works for you according to the country you live in and that country's laws, and tax follows the same law — see section 2 of the Terms.
