Every number that can come out of your account is on this page. If a charge is not listed here, it does not exist.

The withdrawal fee

A withdrawal from Money Harbor is a real transaction on the Tron network, and that transaction costs us money.

• USDT withdrawal fee: at most 2.70 USDT. For some destination addresses it is less.
• Minimum withdrawal: three times the fee — so at most 8.10 USDT. Below that, too much of your money goes to the fee, and we would rather stop it.
• The exact figure is shown before you confirm, on the withdrawal page, and that is the figure deducted — never more.

This fee is not our margin. It is the Tron network's energy and bandwidth cost. It is calculated from the live network price and falls when the network gets cheaper — it recently dropped from 6.13 to 2.70 USDT.

What is free

• Deposits: free. We pay the cost of gathering your deposit into the treasury.
• Transfers to another Money Harbor account: free. Sending to a Harbor ID carries no fee, at any amount.
• Savings vault: no holding fee.
• Opening an account, keeping it, verifying your identity: free.

Trading and conversion

• Trade (buy & sell): 2% of the trade value.
• Convert: 2% of the value converted.
• Reward-club points reduce this rate. Your own final rate is shown before you confirm the order.
• The fee on trades made with deposited money goes to the trading reserve — the same reserve your trading profit is paid from.

What is not here

Money Harbor issues no bank card, has no local payment gateway and accepts no bank transfer — so there are no fees for any of them. If you see a tariff for one of these anywhere, it is wrong; please tell us.
